This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all vehicle acquisitions and fleet management enrollments with EV Hub (“EV Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in the United States.
By purchasing a vehicle, enrolling in the EV Hub Fleet Management Program, or executing any related agreement, the customer (“Owner”) acknowledges and agrees to this Policy in full.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL VEHICLE ACQUISITIONS AND FLEET MANAGEMENT ENROLLMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the nature of the EV Hub program—which involves:
• Vehicle procurement
• Fleet deployment planning
• Regulatory compliance
• Insurance underwriting
• Driver onboarding
• Platform enrollment
• Capital allocation and fleet optimization
EV Hub does not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once a vehicle purchase or program enrollment has been confirmed.
1.1 Nature of Initial Payment (Fleet Management Fee)
The Owner expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
• The initial payment made to EV Hub is NOT a refundable vehicle purchase deposit.
• Such payment constitutes a fleet management, program enrollment, and operational setup fee, which includes, but is not limited to:
• Fleet onboarding and allocation
• Regulatory and compliance processing
• Insurance underwriting and activation
• Platform preparation and deployment readiness
• Administrative, legal, and operational costs
Accordingly, the initial payment is fully earned upon receipt, non-refundable, and not subject to return under any circumstance, except as expressly required by final court order.
1.2 Vehicle Cost Recovery Through Fleet Operations
The Owner further acknowledges and agrees that:
• The economic structure of the EV Hub program is designed such that the cost of the vehicle is intended to be recovered over time through fleet operations, utilization, and performance-based fleet proceeds.
• The vehicle is not paid for outright by the Owner at the time of enrollment.
• Instead, the vehicle cost is amortized and recovered through the income generated by the fleet management program during the five (5) year term, subject to actual operational performance.
The Owner understands and accepts that:
• Fleet proceeds are variable and not guaranteed
• Vehicle cost recovery is contingent upon successful fleet operations
• Failure to complete the full program term may result in partial or no recovery of vehicle value
1.3 No Refund or Recharacterization
The Owner expressly waives any right to:
• Recharacterize the initial payment as a “vehicle purchase,” “deposit,” or “down payment”
• Demand return of the initial payment based on dissatisfaction, performance, or early exit
• Assert a refund claim on the basis that the vehicle has not been fully paid at enrollment
All payments made are deemed earned, applied, and allocated toward fleet management services and operational costs.
1.4 Alignment With No-Refund Policy
This payment structure is a material condition of EV Hub’s no-refund and no-return policy, as:
• EV Hub incurs substantial upfront costs immediately upon enrollment
• The program’s economics rely on long-term fleet utilization
• Any refund would cause material financial and operational harm to EV Hub
Accordingly, this payment structure further supports and justifies the finality of all sales.
2. NO RIGHT OF RETURN
Owners DO NOT have the right to:
• Return the vehicle
• Cancel the fleet management program
• Demand a refund of purchase amounts, deposits, fees, or payments
Once any of the following occurs (whichever is earliest):
• Vehicle purchase confirmation
• Contract execution
• Vehicle allocation or assignment
• Commencement of compliance, registration, or insurance processing
3. ECONOMIC IMPACT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Owner expressly acknowledges that:
• The EV Hub program is structured for a five (5) year operational term
• Early termination, refunds, or returns would:
• Disrupt fleet utilization
• Cause material financial harm
• Result in unrecoverable administrative, regulatory, and operational costs
• Impact other fleet participants and platform allocations
Accordingly, refunds or returns are commercially impracticable and economically harmful to EV Hub.
4. NO REFUNDS DUE TO PERFORMANCE OR EXPECTATIONS
EV Hub does not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Lower-than-expected fleet proceeds
• Changes in market demand
• Platform suspension or policy changes
• Regulatory changes
• Vehicle downtime
• Owner dissatisfaction
• Misunderstanding of program terms
• Personal financial circumstances
Fleet proceeds are performance-based and not guaranteed, and this does not give rise to any refund right.
5. NO COOLING-OFF PERIOD
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The EV Hub program does not provide a cooling-off or rescission period
• This transaction is a commercial vehicle ownership and services agreement, not a retail consumer return product
• Owner expressly waives any statutory or common-law cooling-off rights, except where non-waivable by law
6. EXCEPTION — MATERIAL BREACH BY EV HUB
Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
1. EV Hub commits a material breach of the written agreement
2. Such breach remains uncured after written notice and a reasonable cure period
3. Refund is expressly ordered by a final, non-appealable court judgment
Even in such case:
• Refunds, if any, shall be net of costs, including:
• Vehicle depreciation
• Administrative fees
• Regulatory and compliance expenses
• Insurance costs
• Platform and operational costs
7. EARLY EXIT IS NOT A REFUND
If an Owner elects early exit (if permitted under the Agreement):
• Early exit does not constitute a return or refund
• No repayment of purchase price is guaranteed
• Any buyback or resale is:
• Entirely discretionary
• Subject to market value
• Subject to condition, mileage, and compliance status
• Not obligated at any minimum price
8. BUYBACK IS DISCRETIONARY, NOT A RIGHT
Any buyback or repurchase:
• Is not guaranteed
• Is not a refund
• Is not a contractual right
• Is offered solely at EV Hub’s discretion and pricing determination
9. FRAUD & MISREPRESENTATION VOID ANY CLAIM
If the Owner:
• Provided false information
• Misrepresented intent
• Marketed the program as an “investment”
• Violated marketing or solicitation rules
👉 All refund, exit, and dispute rights are immediately forfeited.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State in which the EV Hub operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11. POLICY INCORPORATION
This Policy is:
• Incorporated by reference into the Fleet Management and Vehicle Operating Agreement
• Binding upon execution of any EV Hub agreement
• Enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
Your initial payment covers fleet management, onboarding, compliance, and operational setup.
The vehicle is paid over time through fleet operations.
Leaving early may result in partial or no recovery.
All payments are final.
